Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA license.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Provide mobility assistance, helping patients to walk, transfer from bed to wheelchair, and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Communicate and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the nursing team and family members.
• Assist patients with feeding, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
• Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain their comfort, hygiene, and dignity.
• Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms, including changing linens and keeping the environment safe.
• Document care activities and ensure proper record-keeping for each patient.
