Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support nursing staff to coordinate patient care under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with administration of daily medications and supplements.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, respiration).
• Keep patient rooms clean and report changes in condition to nurses.
• Respond to patient calls and needs; perform other duties as assigned.
