Responsibilities

• Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures.
• Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have.
