Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director per care plan.
• Dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, transferring.
• Medication administration as delegated by the RN.
• Monitor vital signs and provide ROM exercises as appropriate.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support residents with ADLs while maintaining dignity and independence.
