Visiting Angels of Wichita Falls is hiring CNAs/Nurse Aides to support clients across Vernon, Wichita Falls and surrounding areas. You’ll help with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while following tailored care plans. Training in dementia/Alzheimer’s care is available for interested caregivers.

Flexible schedules with full-time, part-time and PRN options, and opportunities for advancement. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• First Aid and emergency response training required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Capable of lifting/carrying groceries and assisting mobility.
• Willing to follow health and safety standards and background checks.

Aufgaben

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical exercise or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and supportive interaction.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed.
