Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care for patients and families under the direction of the registered nurse.
• Report any variance in patient condition to licensed staff.
• Assist with patient needs and daily living activities as delegated by the RN.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and infection control policies.
• Document all care provided in the EMR promptly.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges when required.
