Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Current Medication Aide certification (State of Nebraska).
• Current CNA certification (State of Nebraska).
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in a PRN role.
• Participate as an effective care team member.
• Prepare and use necessary equipment.
• Perform emergency treatment as allowed by the Medication Aide scope.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure resident and staff safety.
• Follow regulatory requirements and policies.
