Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia Nurse Aide license in good standing or be within 100 days of completion.
• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Deliver meals and help with food tray distribution.
• Maintain residents' comfort and safety under supervision.
