Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Rio Grande Valley East is seeking caring and compassionate team members to support clients at home. You will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, and household tasks while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State CNA or HHA certification is required if applicable.
• Access to reliable transportation is essential.
• COVID-19 safety training provided to all employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to help clients stay independent at home.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Plan, prepare and assist with meals.
• Manage household needs and errands as required.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.
