CNAs will assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the care team while upholding a loving, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families along their health care journeys.
