Elara Caring is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. You will provide hands-on personal care under a Registered Nurse, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help patients move safely in their homes.

The role requires a CNA/HHA certification and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. We offer benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current State Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and support up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
• Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.
• Follow each patient's individualized care plan and monitor changes in condition.
