Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and daily living assistance including bathing and dressing.
• Document electronically intakes and outputs, glucose, and vitals.
• Assist clients with home exercises and maintain a clean area.
• Report any changes to charge nurse as required.
• Help clients to appointments and carry out light housekeeping.
