Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey, part of AcuteCare Health System, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Previous healthcare or patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient care data as directed.
• Assist nursing staff with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and repositioning.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Ensure patient rooms and care areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Support infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
