Benchmark in Marlborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment.

The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support and friendly, patient-centered service. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, with prior experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
