Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Everett, MA to provide personalized in-home care. The roles involve long-hour shifts with first and second shift availability and both weekday and weekend opportunities.

You'll assist with daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans, while communicating client needs to the care team. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and compassionate, dependable nature are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification required.

• Able to work independently in a client’s home and commit to longer shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and client routines.
• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team.
