Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Canton, MA is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, and enjoy flexible scheduling, with 20+ hours per week available and both full-time and part-time positions open.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, following care plans and communicating changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Vaccination records preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
