Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Cape Coral, FL is seeking experienced CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care. You will help seniors with daily activities, medication reminders, and safety support, delivering one-on-one attention in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification as required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Florida Level 2 background screening cleared.
• CPR certification current.
• English speaking/writing ability required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Positive, compassionate attitude toward seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support safe walking, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plans.
• Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany seniors to appointments and outings.
• Support individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Document care activities and communicate updates to clients.
