Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide everyday care for patients in our South Carolina locations. You will assist with daily activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team with empathy.

The role emphasizes supporting families along their health care journeys and delivering meaningful experiences. Requirements include state CNA certification and at least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care

Qualifications

Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
1+ year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities and monitor patient conditions, reporting any changes to the care team.
Assist families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.
