Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Fort Wayne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team and provide kind, hands-on care to residents. You’ll help residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for, making a meaningful difference in their health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
