Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to deliver compassionate in-home care and support to patients. You will report to the Client Care Coordinator and provide quality personal care in a flexible, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate enrolled in a program.
• 1 year of experience as an attendant providing personal care is preferred.
• Certification as CNA or HHA is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
