Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver care according to each resident’s plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful way.
• Attend educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
