Job summary

Comer Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring, mission-driven team. As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and help maintain dignity and comfort in a non-profit environment.

This part-time role offers starting pay between $16.80 and $18.35 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including paid time off, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
