Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to assigned residents according to care plan.
• Assist with daily routines: hygiene, meals, vital signs.
• Follow safety procedures and resident safety.
• Assist with transfers and mobility during care.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Follow instructions from Charge Nurse/Supervisor.
