Job summary

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known hospital in Blue Ridge, GA to hire compassionate and dependable Med/Surg Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for their clinic.

Schedule: Full-Time (Nights) | PRN |Days | Nights. You will assist with patient care, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing competency development, while supporting the nursing team and following hospital policies for high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program at a vocational school/hospital.
• Current CNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of hospital or medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Participate in ongoing education and competency development.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet patient, unit, and organizational needs.
• Report to work and complete assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain open communication with nursing administration.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned.
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Foster positive interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
