Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Support eating, hydration and nutritional needs; encourage comfort.
• Measure vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Assist with medication reminders under supervision and respond to emergencies.
