Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Westminster, MD, is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to our residents. Qualifications

• A current state-required CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
