Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC in Herndon, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide warm personal care, support and companionship to residents, assist with daily living activities, and monitor changes with the nursing team.

You’ll help residents stay engaged in community programs and activities, and contribute to individualized care plans. High school diploma required; state certification preferred; starting pay $20–$23 per hour, benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state-required certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
