Job summary

Logan Health Brendan House in Montana is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide basic patient care under supervision, including vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and accurately documenting care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, maintaining patient privacy, and ensuring timely reports of changes in condition. Qualified candidates hold Montana CNA, CPR, and HIPAA knowledge; Home Health Aide certification is a plus and ongoing learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate is required.
• CPR certification required as applicable to area.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Home Health Aide certification preferred or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• HIPAA and confidentiality knowledge expected.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, self-starter with critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist in basic patient care under supervision.
• Coordinate workloads with assigned leadership.
• Perform CNA assessments and take vital signs.
• Report abnormal vitals or patient condition changes per protocol.
• Maintain patient privacy per Logan Health policies.
