Responsabilités

• Support meals, feeding, hydration, and mobility; assist with transfers.
• Administer non-sterile adjunct care (e.g., enemas, dressings, ice/heat) and monitoring restraints as required.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Provide patient comfort; respond to call lights and communicate observations to nursing staff.
• Document actions by completing forms, logs, and records.
