Job summary

TERRACE HOME HEALTH Boise LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents under supervision. You will assist with daily living activities per care plans, monitor nutrition, and document progress in the electronic records system.

Expect to collaborate closely with nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of care. The role requires Idaho CNA in good standing, CPR/BLS, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift at least 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with Idaho
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• No disciplinary action against certification
• 1 year CNA experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plans
• Help with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents
• Deliver nutrition supplements and document intake
• Record weights and report changes to nurse
• Support skin integrity and report pressure areas
• Document resident progress and communicate barriers to care
