Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene)
• Support nursing by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed nursing staff guidance
