Express Employment International (US) is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in Illinois. You will provide quality patient care in long-term care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.

Shift options include 1st shift 7a-3p and 2nd shift 3p-11p with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure excellent care.

Formación

• Current CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience with geriatric or memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient care skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
• Assist with transfers and mobility using proper equipment and safety techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure excellent patient care
