Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA or HHA in home care
• Smartphone clock-in/out capability
• Level 2 Background Screening

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship, meals, and light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation to appointments/errands
• Change linens and maintain a clean living space
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia using trained approaches
