Qualifications

• Current CNA or SRNA certification in the State of Kentucky
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
• Willing to make a difference in residents' lives

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Provide social and emotional support to residents
• Report vital information to Nurses
• Deliver person-centered care and excellent customer service
• Assist with admissions, transfers and meals
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions
