Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Create an atmosphere of warmth and positive engagement on the unit.
• Attend and participate in scheduled trainings and orientations.
