Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Positive, respectful attitude with a desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under RN supervision.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
