Job summary

Ariel Bay Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking dedicated, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Keansburg, New Jersey. We offer full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules, with a focus on high-quality resident care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, and documentation, while following infection control and safety policies. NJ CNA certification and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with meal service and nutritional needs as appropriate.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
