Job summary

NSPIRE Healthcare in Plantation, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CNAs provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and support resident dignity and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of state-approved CNA certification program required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively to perform duties.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Complete new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents in accordance with regulations and care standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and range of motion activities.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, safety, and routine tasks.
• Support companionship and social engagement.
