Job summary

Complete Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for all shifts in New Jersey. Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available, with opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS/CPR Certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Complete accurate documentation and resident records.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
