Harborview at Lansdale is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor vital signs while maintaining documentation and communicating changes to the nursing staff.

Formación

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Follow all facility policies, infection-control standards.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
