Elevate Care Des Plaines is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide comfort in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Active CNA Certification (State-approved)
• Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and a clean, welcoming environment
• Engage with residents to offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals
