Appleton City Manor Llc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our on-site team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support hygiene, and collaborate with nurses to improve patient comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CNA certification (training on the job possible).
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills recommended.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and basic therapy exercises.
• Provide adjunct patient care as directed by nurses.
• Monitor food intake and report changes.
• Monitor vital signs and communicate observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort.
