Qualifications

• Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred.
• Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process, strong communication and general compassion for others.
• Excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Deliver care and support to residents.
