Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and care team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitoring health, and ensuring comfort with patience and compassion.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing or graduate of an approved program.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nursing staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transfers.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes; documents meal intake and assists with feeding.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and ensures intake is documented.
• Keeps flow sheets and reports changes in resident condition to nurse.
