Qualifications

• Active New York State CNA Certification is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Physical capability is required.
• Resume is required.
• MMR & Varicella titers must be provided.
• PPD or chest X-ray proof if positive.
• 1 personal reference letter and 1 professional reference letter.
• Original non-expired State ID.
• Original proof of work authorization.

Responsibilities
