Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility aids, companionship, and accurate care documentation, following individualized care plans and agency policies.

Qualifications

• NC CNA Certification is required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Current TB test must be valid.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and vital sign checks.
• Mobility assistance and transfers; documentation of care provided.
