Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our caregiving team in Florida. This role requires a valid CNA license, driver’s license or state ID, and a Level 2 background check. You will provide personal care, meal prep, errands assistance, and light housekeeping to clients in home settings.

CPR certification and a medical background check with TB or chest X-ray are required. Training includes use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts for safe mobility assistance, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• Valid Driver's License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID required.
• Auto Insurance.
• CPR Certification (in-person).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU.
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living.
• Assists with ambulation/transfers.
• Prepares meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompanies patient to errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Performs patient-specific activities (e.g., hospice support, medication reminders, exercises).
• Assists with exercises and mobility.
• Provides incontinence care and uses lifting equipment as needed.
