Autumn Care of Waynesville in Waynesville, NC is seeking compassionate nursing assistants to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility, following care plans and policies. You will support daily living activities, monitor safety, and collaborate with a caring team. Full-time and part-time roles available with day, evening and night shifts.

Starting wage $25.00/hour with shift differentials. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing per state laws.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care as assigned and per the care plan.
• Maintain safety and sanitation, document observations, and communicate with the care team.
