Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a warm, home-like environment. This Part Time position includes Per Diem options and weekend rotation, delivering daily resident care with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while reporting changes to staff. Previous dementia experience is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
