Job summary

Stay in Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate in-home care in Spencer, Iowa. You will assist clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and help with personal care in a home setting.

Responsibilities include ADLs, health monitoring, and maintaining a safe, clean living space while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and laundry.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support individuals with disabilities and seniors to foster independence and dignity.
